San Dong Ban Jum - Korean Chinese Food that has gone bad

A korean style chinese food restaurant 
located in H-mart in Langley 
my parents and I visited this place quite often
for their Jjam Bbong 
which is spicy seafood noodle soup 
that was quite good 
and it was close to our home 

although they are known for their korean style chinese food 
there are some menus that are classic korean
but I am not sure how good it will taste 
after we were seated and ordered our usual,
we realized the server and the person in the kitchen were not the people we usually see
and this was bad sign 
 

pickled radish and onion to accompany our meal 
the server was very good at refilling them when it became empty
but I was disappointed at the fact that they do not serve kimchi which is quite odd 

Tang Soo Yook 
it is like korean version of sweet and sour pork 
everything was okay except for the quality of the pork 
which made the entire plate unappetizing 

JJa Jang Myun 
Black bean sauce noodle 
i think this is the most famous korean style chinese food 
it was okay 
noodles were bit over cooked but nothing inedible 

 

Jjam Bbong 
Spicy Seafood noodle soup 
this was what brought us back again and again 
but it was not the same 
spicy and deep broth we previously enjoyed
it was quite bland and not very spicy 

I was quite sad that we have lost one of our restaurants to 
wrong hands and will not return here for any reason.. probably 

I hate it when this happens..
