Pho Hoa Surrey - Okay place especially during late

as lover of vietnamese noodles
I have visited quite a few
but non with my camera
I usually visit this location during late night
when it is the only pho place open
and I think their noodles are better cooked then some other places
the toppings were not skimpy
but they do continue to raise their price which is a huge disappoint for me
I do not think every pho hoa location tastes the same 
and due to recent renovation, 
this place is a lot cleaner than many other places 
staff is quite attentive as well 
although I cam to accept the hostility at many other vietnamese restaurants
